Lead Product Designer at SixFifty
As the Lead Product Designer, I led the design strategy for the company's core product, guiding my team to deliver high-impact features that contributed to a successful acquisition. I directly coached and mentored a junior designer, developing their skills to become an excelling contributor on key projects. I also personally spearheaded critical initiatives, including a pioneering AI-powered legal Q&A system with a 96% success rate, and improved team velocity by designing and implementing a comprehensive design system from the ground up.
