Two years leading design at SixFifty, a legal and HR SaaS platform acquired by Paychex in 2025.
When our VP of Design left and the role wasn't backfilled, I absorbed its scope on top of my own work.
Built the design system from scratch. 50+ components with full token architecture. Every new feature now ships off of it.
Mentored five designers through Pluralsight and Product Hive. Craft feedback, portfolio reviews, career direction. Documented an AI Interaction Framework the SixFifty team still uses.
Shipped three AI features. The strongest hit 96% accuracy and became our most-used tool.
